Events
The project entilted "Riches of Cieszynian 'Trówła'" is an interdisciplinary undertaking that enables presentation of achivements of artists and craftsmen from Cieszyn Silesia. The organizers are interested in making the local history, tradition and art more familiar and promoting the local cultural potential more efficiently.
It is held during last weekend of September every year, and all cultural institutions, schools and non-government organizations are engaged in the organization of the event Since 2002 also Czech organizations are involved in the project. The program variety allows to join together the tradition and folk of Cieszynian Land. What is very important is the fact that organizers wish that all the elements of the project were experienced by the 'consumer' of the culture. That is why most of the event should facilitate close relation with the artists.
